      Seems to have worked fine for me.

      1. Created a new account on ebay uk
      2. Found the item i wanted on ebay au
      3. removed the .com.au and entered .co.uk
      4. Proceed to checkout on ebay uk
      5. Enter paypal details and amend uk address to au
      6. Apply discount code

        Suggest finding what you want first in ebay AU, copy address paste into Notebook and changed the ebay.com.au to ebay.co.uk

        Then change to UK ip using VPN.

        opened private browser window, made new ebay.co.uk account using different email.

        Added random UK address and existing ebay AU phone.

        Added existing delivery address and changed it to primary delivery address.

        Enter URLs into ebay tab and add items to cart - for some reason adding stuff from ebay AU using a UK IP (profanity) up the payment hence why I said do the URLs first from AU IP.

        Checkout using PIGGYBANK and existing PayPal, suggest not closing the browser window or VPN for 15 minutes or whatever as PayPal may make you repeat the transaction after SMS confirmation. (you can close it but you will have to relogin etc)

          No, I didn't need a VPN at all.

          I pretty much followed the instructions posted here. I was also getting an error and it didn't let me use a coupon at first, but I was able to apply the coupon after opening and closing my browser.
