  • I don't think I could trust something I'm betting my life on for $26.

Why not, I've eaten food from my local kebab shop for much less than $26?

    • Correct. To get those rates, at least 3 mates need to buy at full price.. From their website.

Buy: Choose your preferred tyres and check out to receive your unique Mates Rates link.
Share: Share with friends & family who have 30 days to purchase each 4 tyres using your unique Mates Rates link.
Get your tyre refund: Receive a refund according to the number of friends who purchase using your unique Mates Rates link.

  • Technically it would be 4 x $26 = $104, or $78 if you own a Reliant Robin.

  • Good savings to be had here IMO. Had a crack at the tyre search - Michelin Pilot Sport 4s are well priced.

    • Agreed. Just do the research, real $ can be saved.
Few years ago had a set of german engineered chinese manufactured tyres.
Were as good or better than the $100ea Dunlops being replaced.
Comfort, noise, cornering, wetweather, mileage all great.

  • Here's a typical example:

    Bridgestone - DUELER HT 470 225/65 R17 102T

    4-set price $484
    Mates Rates price $242

    Fitting service
    George Street, Clyde

    Fitting4 set $92
    Est. ~ 2 business days
    Total $576
    Mates Rates price $334

So $334 for a set of Bridgestones fitted. That's real cheap if legit.

This is a typical RAV4 Xtrail CX5 Tuscon SUV tyre.

  • Does Kmart beat the 20% as well. I just bought new tyres in June with Tyroola price beat at Kmart. They were $126 at Tyroola and got them for $121 at Kmart + Free install ($76 worth on Tyroola).

    • I recently got Kmart to price beat some tyres that were 60% off on and all I had the do was show them the price on my phone, no questions asked even though they were below their cost price.

  • Discount depends on the number of people who buy tyres using your link.

  • BF Goodrich ALL TERRAIN TA KO2 265/70 R17 121/118S $292 -20% + $21 fitting = $254.60
    Helluva deal…

  • great deal thanks, ordered 4!

  • Prices I checked with the 20% off are excellent, great deal OP!

  • What is the age of the tyres?

Unfortunately due to stock being located in various locations all over Australia, it is difficult to get the exact age of each tyre for every customer inquiry we receive.

Most of our stock is around 1 - 2 years old, however on the very rare occasion some unusual sizes can be up to 4 years old, but no older.

If we are able to get the age for you, we will provide it however please understand if we cannot, due to not having immediate access to every item.

    • I think if you're buying anything in a popular size and doing normal driving this is irrelevant.

      • Common road hazards such as punctures, bruises or impact breaks, caused by glass, nails, curbs and potholes, and sustained during the course of normal driving on a reasonably maintained road are not covered under tyre manufacturers' warranties.* Tyroola is proud to supply the best quality tyre brands, but cannot control damages caused by road conditions. The Free Tyroola Road Hazard Warranty, ensures that you are always driving on safe tyres and provides you a peace of mind in case of any damage such as:

        Repairable and unrepairable punctures
        Impact fractures and breaks
        Accidental cuts and curb damage
and is valid on any PCR, 4x4 and LT tyre purchased from

  • Great deal, some good prices. Unfortunately no Bridgestone RE003, which I’m after.

  • No love here…

    245/40R19 94Y T $1,288
    Fitting service $164
    Shipping $130
    DiscountTAXIFY20 $258
    Total $1,324

This is the same price I get from Tyresales etc.

    • You don't have to use their fitting service. Also keep in mind delivery charge may be different depending on the location of the fitter. Worked out great for me since the tyres I wanted had free delivery in Brisbane.

  • It accepts the code but applies a $0 discount. :/

  • Prices seemed great until it added shipping + fitting which made it more expensive than the regular price at my local tyre shop.

  • think they've added or increase the shipping rate. Now 4 tyres ships for $45 and 1 tyre ships for $26. This negated most of the savings from chepaer tyres.

  • Given I get free metro QLD shipping, this is a cracker deal. The tyres are already well priced and this tops it off.

Thanks rep, will continue to recommend this site.
