One thing I discovered which shits me about Video Ezy kiosks, is that they have two types which are incompatible with each other.

On a whim I rented from one in Newington while passing through, thinking I could just return it at whatever other kiosk I came across. Went to Macquarie Centre and discovered that it's a different type of machine, so I couldn't return it. Their website locations don't give ANY indication which location has which type of machine, so I had to either go out of my way to return it to where I originally got it from, or drive around to their various locations until I find the same machine type.

For the record, Top Ryde and Newington have the small "Express" machines whereas Macquarie has the larger, newer ones.
