THIS STACKS WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT BOOK!!!! UPVOTE!!!

    • Do you mean the vouchers And gold card?

    • +1

So for restaurants participating in both, we can get the entertainment book discount and then pay with this voucher? Sweet!

    • +4

I concur in accordance with using the voting system as a true indicator of this deal's worth.

      • +4

In hindsight… all caps was probably overkill haha

        • +1

          Oh, I'll recover.

    • which restaurants are in entertainment book and on good food?

    • +2

I know people who've been knocked back when trying to stack. So beware.

      • +1

That's right, I'm one such person who was knocked back. The restaurant said we could only use one at a time.

        • Got knocked back - so was pretty useless as it’s the same discount as entertainment book

It also stacks nicely with some of the 50% off dimmi deals.

    • +1

Also stacks with Citibank free wine if lucky ;)

      • +2

Don't you have to pay by Citibank card?

        • +2

You probably have to technically, but Ive showed them my card or even just mentioned it to them and paid with a different card

        • @sendfoods: cheeky!

        • That's why I said lucky haha

  • Awesome! Just what I was waiting for!!!

  • It worked with 2 x $100!!! Good to give as gifts =)

      Just bought 4 X $50. Cheers OP!

  • Are they valid for 3 years?

    • Per T&C: "Good Food Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue which can be located on each Gift Card"

    • Sure are!

  • Where does one spend a Good Food card?

      • Not all available restaurants are listed eg. Sake can only be found by search not the list. So I wonder what other restaurants are available. Does anyone have a complete list. Also does the total balance on the card have to be used at once. Thank you.

        • +3

Also does the total balance on the card have to be used at once.

          FAQ

Present card at your chosen participating restaurant at the time of payment and the amount will be deducted from your bill. If you have spent more than the face value of your gift card, you will need to pay the remaining amount by other payment methods. If you have spent less than the face value of your gift card, the amount will remain on the card for next time you choose to use it.

  • Thanks OP, bought! We frequent Vaporetto a fair bit. Essentially a 25% off the bill.

  • +1

Awesome deal esp. stacked with Ent book at some of the better restaurants .. might even treat dad..

  • +2

Thanks OP. Ordered a $200 eGift Card, arrived instantly and paid via PayPal to avoid 3% AmEx surcharge. What a great deal!

  • +1

How often is the 25% discount? Normally its 20% right?

  • +1

Hmm might be a good opportunity to finally try Ezard, if this will stack with the Entertainment book 25% discount. Anyone been? Overrated?

  • I was actually waiting for the Gourmet Traveller one, never came this month which was disappointing.

    • +1

Did you see this 30% off Gourmet Traveller card deal recently?
Was thinking of getting, but missed out in the end. Perhaps there will be such an offer again soon.

      • No I missed that! Surely will be more in the lead up to Xmas!

  • Watch out people.
I tried to stack with entertainment book 2 for 1 voucher, the restaurant refused to accept this gift card as payment to the bill, said only one option is allowed, 2 for 1 or this giftcard.
I didn't want an argue at the time with my family member present, and choose 2 for 1 and left, not going back that place.

Assume most won't be able to stack. I can't recall but I think the physical card might be able to be processed through an EFTPOS so that may be the opportunity to stack. Not sure how they process digital cards. Someone would have to confirm.

    • +1

I used this card and entertainment book offer at Harbourfront in Wollongong last night. $90 saving!

      • +1

Thanks for that info. Good to see that.
Guess the restaurant i went was just greedy? I went Bucatini at Nunawading Vic.

    • Also used both at Blue Fish @ darling harbour.

Digital gift card numbers are card numbers used on eftpos terminal

    • I guess safest way is to send an email first and have the confirmation, so that if any problems at restaurant, you can show the email

  • how many gift cards can you use each bill? is there a limit or basically up to the restaurant?

    • As many as required to pay the bill I would think. Planning something big or just hungry?

There are no restrictions on when you can use your gift card; they are accepted anytime 7 days a week whilst dining in. FAQ

  • +1

Maybe we should start a list of the ones that actually accept both

  • Anyone successfully combine entertaimment book offer with this gift card offer in WA? Thanks

  • +1

I wonder what percentage of resturants will not let you stack with another offer.
