Gumbuya World is celebrating Father's Day by giving Fathers and Grandfathers free entry per paying ticketholder (adult, child, senior or season pass holder), a saving of up to $25 each. This deal is similar to the one that was offered for Mother's Day.

Please note that the Water Park section of the park (Oasis Springs) is closed at the moment through the colder months, but the other 3 areas of the park (Wildlife Trail, Oz Adventure and Outback Explorers) are still open.

    Grandfathers are, by default, fathers.

    • True, but if they didn't mention grandfathers in the offer, it could imply that a grandfather can't come in for free if it's just themselves and a grandkid attending for example.

        The site says that "Each Dad and/or Grandad must be accompanied by a paying adult or child", so it really just needs to be an adult male with another person who pays.

    Make sure you have a good feed before you go. They won't allow you to bring in your own food or drink and the food there is pretty ordinary and very expensive !!!
