          Called the Online Manager both Friday and today, and they told me no more than I could read on the TNT website. Called TNT about 5 times now, as their website was not updated between the 28th Feb and the 11th March - the first time (4/3) the guy said I should look on the Consignment page and could offer no additional information, the second woman (8/3) told me there was a delay and it was now due on the 9th, the next time I couldn't get through and gave up after about 1/2 hr on hold - the next woman (9/3) said a large number of consignments had arrived in Perth and were waiting to be scanned in, the next woman (11/3) said it was on board an external courier companies van and was to be delivered on that day before 5PM. The TNT status now says "Not dlvr due time constraints".

          Still hasn't arrived - the two people I spoke to at Video Pro both said they would call back within an hour at around midday and 1PM local time, I still haven't received those calls …

    Hi All OzBargainers - Just in regards to the previous comments, thought I'd keep you all up to date. Unfortunately due to flooding our carrier (TNT) have experiences a massive delay in deliveries to Western Australia. We are working directly with TNT to get our customers orders delivered ASAP but with the massive back log that the Perth Depot have experienced it's proving difficult to make things priority. All outstanding consignments have been escalated to the state managers so we can assure everything possible is being done to ensure a quick delivery.         Hi Livert - Unfortunately we don't have anymore Samsung bluray players in stock until we get the new models in. After speaking to Samsung these are due into Australia in around 4-6 weeks.
