    Interesting. EBay have taken away the eBay plus postage privilege from them for abusing the system (i.e. charging 19.90 postage)

    • +1

      That's why people are cancelling it after the free trial?

      • +2

        With eBay plus for sellers, they can charge up to $19.90 for postage and eBay will compensate them via PayPal.

        What is happening is sellers are discounting items by a few dollars and charging the full $19.90 postage.

        EBay has picked up on that and have cancelled this privilege to sellers who abuse the system.

        They have now reduced the postage compensation to $15 and the eBay is seeking compensation from those who abused the system

          But then it will make eBay Plus pretty much pointless if the sellers now just put up normal price with free delivery?

        • +4

          That's the thing we used to get good deals because sellers do that but now plus subscription is utterly rubbish

          @wtfnodeal:

          EBay were offering up to $19.90 postage compensation to sellers with good faith (for those who sell bulkier items ), but charging nearly $20 shipping for an memory card is outrageous.

          People think eBay are stupid but they have their own postage portal and they know how much it costs to ship a memory card, $8.95 with a 500g satchel

        • @easternculture:
          A lot of them ship memory cards in envelopes as letters, so it's even cheaper

          Re: eBay Plus Postage; This started over 2 weeks ago with some sellers, eg SSD deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/396960#comment-6263988

          The 240gb SSD went up $5 and the shipping, which was previously listed as $20 but free for Plus, is now $14.95 for Plus users…

          @nismo:

          That just means that plus postage has been pulled and they haven't had time to adjust it back to normal price and free postage

        • @easternculture:

          no. they adjusted the price of the item ($5 more) and lowered the postage (from $20 tp $14.95).

          I'm pointing out that what you noticed today was noticed over 2 weeks ago.

          @nismo:

          But eBay plus doesn't apply to the item anymore

  • Are these guaranteed kosha? I was just about to buy a few from the ShoppingSquares deal.

      Yeah the SS one is really dodgy but hopefully these ones are OK.

        I bought a 128GB card from this seller last week. It was a genuine card and matched the description.

    Missed it! 64Gb out of stock :(

    • Back in stock now

    still got 4x64gb i got a few months ago on ebay for about $13 each

    • Want to sell one?

  • +1

    thanks, bought 2 x 64gb

  • These are flagged as the 2017 model, anyone know what's changed since then?

    For example, Shopping Square is selling the "128 EVO Plus (2017)" for $53.90, and Ovation2016 is selling the "128 EVO+" (no date specified) for $49.95, those names coming direct from the Samsung packaging.
