How is the HDS600? I have heard that the older model like HDS300 and 500 doesn't work well on picking up all the channels.
Just got one for my mother in law. Works exceptionally well got it for $37 at Preston Good Guys. Havent tried all features but gets all the latest channels (HD ones)
So in all $37 its a bargain :D
My cousin bought one of these today, couldn't get any further discount from the Good Guys at Maribyrnong. The machine work well though, pick up all channels so far. The only problem I have with it, is the crappy remote that you have to push quite hard to get it to do anything.
I saw this model at "The Good Guys Chadstone Lifestyle Centre" on Friday. Unlike Clive Peeters (Harvey Norman), "The Good Guys" had plenty of stock. No evidence of bait advertising here. This explains why the ACCC is always sniffing around the Harvey Norman Group". Like the drug dogs, they would be sniffing around for good reason.
Its all stores. Was $45 in there recent catalogue that expired a few days ago.
