The speed. Plus is faster (good if you want to record 4K video etc).
These have the adapter with them?
If you go to the listing there's options to buy with adapter but I think you can get the adapter on it's own for cheaper elsewhere.

Purchased 256gb pro plus at office works glebe price matched with pcbytes $98 a bit more expensive but walked in picked up walked out also local warranty if anything happen walk into any store for exchange replacement usually $199 at office works they still had stock in glebe store
Still waiting for another Evo+ 128gb deal closer to $30 than $40 :(
