or proper USA version (not UK).

UK version tastes better. They use a different type of sugar

Cane sugar rather than corn syrup.

Agreed….. uk sugar version is a fuller, sweeter flavour than US corn syrup.

    • The UK version is made with artificial sweeteners and sugar (could be beet sugar or cane sugar), but the sweetener ruins it for me. Only found out recently they'd changed the recipe in 2014.

Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Sugar, Colour (Caramel E150d), Phosphoric Acid, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavourings Including Caffeine, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K). Contains a Source of Phenylalanine.

      (https://www.coca-cola.co.uk/drinks/dr-pepper/dr-pepper):

The standard USA cans are high-fructose corn syrup, but the best in my experience is Dublin Dr Pepper, made with cane sugar. Hard to track down and crazy expensive here in Aus but you can get it if you want it, eg $4.50 a bottle plus shipping at USAFoods

      • Dublin Dr Pepper doesn’t exist how it did before. They were breaking rules of being a bottler not meant to sell outside their area this bottler selling around the world lol. Dr Pepper Co bought out the bottler I believe and stopped the “proper sugar” formula.
