You have contradictory info in your advert. Title says "USB 3.1" but the body says "Data Sync speeds upto 480Mbps" which is only USB2.0 High Speed.

    You're completely correct. USB 3.1 gen1 should be 5Gbps, however this isn't USB 3.1, it's a USB 2 -> USB C cable, which will use the lowest speed, which apparently isn't even USB 3.0

      Well it really depends on which gen you're talking. USB 3.1 Gen1 delivers 5Gbps while USB 3.1 Gen2 delivers 10Gbps.
