      yes, but only if you can get through! 15mins and waiting.

      I suspect with the spike in the Oil price, the nasty fuel surcharge will rear it's ugly head again.

      can you please let us know what exactly the problem was.
      i know tiger is dodgy but so is jetstar and virgin.
      the only one which is good is qantas but it is much more expensive.
