    I'm assuming that's in addition to ACL implied warranties.

      Yup, but make sure you know the time & costs of "enforcing" ACL if they deny it.
      Most larger retailers will just comply, but if they don't comply you will need to go to small claims court to get them to comply.

      Depending on how much time you have, and the time you need to take off work, sometimes its not worth going down this path.
      Its like the comparison people made about bill gates and him dropping a $100 note. Its a bad investment for him to pick it up than to just walk away, since he earned more per second than the $100 he dropped.

    Not sure how I feel about this, since the other one came out “Xiaomi WEMAX ONE Ultra Short Throw 7000” I feel like I am hanging out for a deal on that model.
