    hmm not that many grilld in sydney. I have just started uni and its too hard to make friends anyway i see alot of people just go to lectures and go home straight after.

        I am at Macqaurie uni. Im sure I will make friends in time but only one of my classes has tutorials the other do not, and its impossible to make friends in lectures seriously..

        I wont worry about it too much though, just go with the flow. There are a few people from my high school there too but I don't see them much because they do different courses.

    if you want a student card just go into the uni and apply for a place and get a card then cancel. tight ass thing to do though lol but i have seen people do that..

      This works… You do need to have the UAI/ATAR, but if you're not using it, apply to some really really low entry course, get the card then cancel it before you're locked in (usually several weeks).

      You're potentially screwing someone out of a place in higher education, but hey, cheap burgers!

      I went to grill'd dressed casually and asked for the 2for1 deal. Got the burgers and free drink easily as they didn't bother to check for a student id, though I suggest don't be such an a-hole dressed in your working clothes with a briefcase and blindly claiming you're still in Uni…

    there is grill'd i think in crows nest. thats the only one i have seen and wow it was overpriced. i went to a cafe nearby and got a wrap for $8 and it was awesome.

    But agree it's normally overpriced. Personally I prefer The Counter just down the road, pretty exxy too but tastes better imo.

    oooohhh, yeeeeaaaahhh.

    just enjoyed my 2 for 1 burger AND got the drink free from SouthBank.

    waved my student card though they didn't check it.

    the server had to ask her co-worker about the deal as she hadn't heard of it.

    split the burgers with a co-worker who paid for mine anyway due to the 5 minutes walk there and back.

    Had this for lunch today at Garden City. The Queenander burger is amazing!!!!
    $6.25 burgers and free drinks is quite good value!

    Wish they did this on a regular basis.

    Went to Garden City for dinner tonight. The person at the counter initially didn't know about this deal so I only realised after I paid and he had to refund money for me. They got 2 burgers wrong, but it was no biggie coz the deal is just too good and the burgers were good!! $33 for 4 burgers, 3 drinks (2 of them were free and 1 paid for) and 1 regular chips with tomato relish. We shared this between 5 people and we were all so full afterwards! Thanks Grill'd!!

    $33 is about all I would pay normally to feed 4-5 people cause thats still pretty exxy. its a good offer though.

    Hey Guys If you wanna keep getting Grill'd 2 for 1 Burgers after this is over you should look into getting a voucher ive seen 2 for 1 voucher that expires 31 April but cant find it anywhere online
