The inside is worse, never cleaned it and it's covered in fur and drool from my dog.
The windows are so filthy it's hard seeing out of them.

Thats actually a health hazard to yourself and others who are unfortunate enough to step inside your car. At the bare minimum, clean your windows so you are not a safety hazard to yourself and others who use the roads.
Your call if you want to drive in a dirty car, your responsibility ensure its safe to drive for yourself and others.

Ignoring the difference in the botle size, Which of the wash & waxs are better, Mothers or Meguiar's? I guess by better I mean in terms of ease of use and cleaning ability.

I'm using a bottle of the meguiars at the moment and it is great - none of these soaps will be amazing on bug and tar etc, but should be good for most else. Meguiars soap also has 40 something 5 star reviews. I've seen a few car youtubers using the mothers though so at this price i'll give it a shot as well.
How is this meguiars soap different from the pink one sold at costco? Is it same?
For the lazy, can I just put this in my pressure washer soap dispenser and wash on and rinse off?
Not completely. The foam will loosen dirt but not completely remove the dirt, even after the rinse. To get it completely clean, follow up with a 2 bucket method wash.
P.S Gold Class foams up better than the Ultimate if using a foam lance/snow gun on a pressure washer.

Unless you have an actual foam lance / snow gun (i.e. not the soap dispenser that comes packaged with most pressure washers), I wouldn't bother. It won't foam up as well as you think and will just run off, but not take much dirt with it.
I'd 2-bucket wash it (only takes a few mins more than pressure washer process) or get a real foam lance for ~$25 from China.

California Gold Carnauba Wash & Wax 1.9L is good stuff I bought it during the last sale late 2017. Don't really need more yet but might as well at this price. Best I've used so far.
Meguiar's car products are one of the best in the market. Tried their new 2 in 1 leather seat product (too lazy to do cleaning and conditioning separately) yesterday and it made my car interior looked brand new.

Yeah I got it from SCA only last week for 20 odd dollars. Strange it's not in their website anymore. It's a new product that just started selling in SGA Australia from 1st September 2018. This is probably an updated version of their old 2 in 1 leather cleaner and conditioner which were not being stocked for months.
If and when you do get it. Take note not to over spray it. It could become too over-conditioned and the end result is a much more slippery leather seat.

As said above, Meguiar's gold class is a better option if you want to use a shampoo in your lance but Bowden's Own Snow Job is probably the best. Both are also on sale at the moment.
I have used bowdens and gold class I think the gold class is better. Snow just seems to run straight off even though it seems as thick as gold class
