What’s something good to buy off there? In the past I’ve only bought fish oil, multi vitamins and caffeine pills. What kind of workout supplements are let through customs? I remember hearing anything diary won’t be let through but that doesn’t explain how people get protein from other international websites ?
I've never had anything refused… Have bought pre workout, protein powder, beta alanine, Citrulline, BCAA etc in the past
They use auspost/DHL to ship, site is practically whitelisted by customs
What are the restrictions? It may be worth checking that discount has applied to all the items in the cart, as I tried a recent promo code with undefined restrictions and it did not apply to items as expected and there was no satisfactory explanation from customer service.

With Aus Post it has been a bit slow , I usually order in a bulk , with DHL its in 3-4 business days delivered max. Last time I got in 3 days with DHL.

Yes, protein powders are good because they come with very long exp dates. Sometimes need to do multiple orders due to weight restrictions on free shipping.

Be careful of the expiry date, it says March 2019, but last time I ordered a bunch of protein bars they said they had a 6 month expiry but expired in 2 months.

I was looking to get my next pre workout supplement and looked at a brand I've previously used, Controlled Labs. I noticed Orange Brain Wash. Seems as though it's a nootropic. I'll use it as part of a pre workout as it has caffeine.
Reviews look good in terms of people using it for energy during the day. Might be something to try.

Can you only use the Olympia code once? I made one order yesterday and because it was too heavy I’ve split the order. Waited for it to ship so I could use the loyalty credit in my second order today. I dont usually skimp on quality when it comes to nutrients :) Ive always gone with either Swiss or ON when it comes to multis. If price is a problem, it looks similar so give it a try!
