Ought to be three years as it’s law in NSW (and soon the rest of the country) that gift cards must have a minimum of three years’ expiry

Sometimes Flybuys/Virgin have 15% bonus offers on so then you'd get 1000 velocity points

someone recently told me you could go into your google play subscriptions to have your netflix billing changed from credit card auto subscribe via google play subscriptions to using google play credits? Because i kept missing out on free netflix discounts or offers and I didn twant to cancel my current google play account just to resign up as there are a few user profiles….
so now is this google play credits no longer an option to be used to pay for netflix? Becuase as far as I am aware my netflix is still taking automatic credit card deductions out by google play?
It's silly that when i subscribed at the time the app prompted me to sign up and it was done via google, if i was on another platform it would have been through netflix direct and hence ic ould still take advantage of the odd ozb discounts.
