Those appears to be OEM (third party) and not Genuine Samsung.
As you can see in the images, they don't have the 'Samsung' Branding on the DeX Station.
One of the reasons I ended up getting a dex pad. Too many fakes seem to be floating around for the dex station. Anyone figured out if its possible to set the Dex as a trusted device?
Dex pad is better.
These are only 1080p max output. Get Dex Pad it support up to 4K. Also don't get any product from Allphone as they are scum of price jacking.
Why is everyone so against Allphones? What did they do?

You could get the DEx Pad for around the same price from Korea, just search for EE-M5100.
You know if Dex Pas work with case on? if it doesn't I rather get the USB C to HDMI Hub or Adapter, as you don't need to take the case off your phone to use it.
Ive just bought a usb c dex compatible 4k hdmi dongle thing from aliexpress, 22 dollars delivered. Hope it works…
Some used to work but were disabled by Samsung in recent updates. Mine used to work but now only functions as a usb hub / 4k hdmi out / power in - good for watching netflix in a hotel room but offers no advantage in Chrome or Office. It really is just a software switch but they are being pretty tightfisted in locking it down.
Yeah i heard that some ceased to function as a dex device. If this doesn't, ali express are going to be refunding me!
Do you have to use your original charger for this to work? I don't have the charger that came with my phone. Did I just waste $85?
The "People who viewed this item also viewed" was showing me the same product with the same EE-MG950 model number from other sellers for $68.99, $62.50, $70, $51.22 and $53.92. All had free shipping. A few did come from China, but is there any difference between the Chinese and Australian versions? What am I missing?
