They are literally thick paper with "because I said I would " at the bottom. It is used to motivate people I guess? If you are into arts and crafts, you can always with it (the paper/cardboard is very good quality)
Please consider printing the template at home.

      You should write that on a card so you don't forget.

    There is a reminder on the web page to consider not printing.

    And an option to print your own, or download the template for use by a printing company. These can both be obtained using a dummy email address.

    I think the criticisms of OP's post are unwarranted. If you are into this stuff, it is free, you can use it for your own purposes.

    If you aren't into this, move on.
