Sydney to Auckland Business Class from $624 Return on LATAM (Selected Nov Dates)

250

LATAM is offering a sale on trans-Tasman business class flights between Sydney and Auckland (flights LA800 and LA801) for selected dates in November. You'll pay:
- $343 AUD one way SYD - AKL
- $263 AUD one way AKL - SYD
- $624 AUD return SYD - AKL

There are also a number of one way fares around $430 AUD mark available for various dates around Christmas and the 2018/19 school holiday period.

As LATAM is a OneWorld airline, you'll get access to the Qantas business lounge and can credit these flights to Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn Qantas points and status credits (you'll earn 40 SCs one way, or 80 SCs return).

LATAM regularly offer business class sales on this route, however, this is one of the lowest priced sales we've seen, and it's cheaper than this recent deal.

Flights LA800 and LA801 are operated by a 787-900 Dreamliner. While the cabins are arguably in need of a refresh, why not enjoy spacious seating and solid service for the price of an economy ticket?

To find out what you can expect in flight, check out my recent review of the Sydney to Auckland service here.

Sale ends Oct 15, so get in quick.

  • When will Mel and Sth island get some love too?

  • Was looking at Syd/Brisbane and GC today to Auckland for Nov, can fly 2 for one of those fares from GC with Jetstar, doubt it’s worth double for a 3 hour flight.

    • Last time I flew JS NZ -> SYD there was a 12 hour delay for a 3 hour flight. JS sent over a second plane from Sydney to grab the passengers and as they called the boarding, that plane ab oil pressure light appeared and that flight was grounded as well.

Never going JS again, absolute joke. Received two $8 meal vouchers and no additional compensation as it was "delayed" and not cancelled

      • Haha yeah read some reviews and didn't sound good, so havnt booked yet. AirNZ are no better, we went last school holidays with them and didnt even get on a AirNZ plane, way over was a leased plane after 2 cancelled flights, way back they cancelled again and put us on Qantas when i asked about paying Accom/meals costs to stay another night.

We snapped up some amazing flight on the 8th of January, one way from AKL to SYD at $330 each in business! Amazing deal, especially given that the cheapest ECONOMY flights we have seen on this date are MINIMUM $400. Thanks OP :)
