Ladies handing out freebies, the usual setup. Expires 23/11. Have never tried before so hoping it's nice.

        @josho9: Bananas are healthy regardless of what you compare them to - hippyhippy above is mistaken (and no, they're not "full of carbs").
        
        Like anything, eat too much and it'll be to your detriment, but a banana or two a day is only going to do you good.

        @dm01: Sorry, I meant to reply to @hippyhippy. Agree that bananas are totally fine, and certainly better than this yoghurt, but they do have some calories.
