You need to change currency from AUD to USD. Their AUD rate is about 9% higher than the current rates.
I paid in USD and paypal conversion was $3.55 AUD, no GST payable at DressLily :)

All of my Dresslily orders have arrive eventually, though longest time to ship from order has been about a week, usually sent within a day or two. Delivery time once shipped has varied from about two weeks to nearly a month and a half.

Probably not and don't cheap out on chargers and cables for expensive devices. It could adversely affect your battery life.
iPhone fast charge (iphone 8 and later) uses Power Delivery (PD) and is not compatible with Quick Charge (QC)

I put my refund request in. They ask for the mouse to be shipped back to China for the $2.50USD refund…

Not normal, did you create an account? Maybe check you spam folder for order confirmation email followed by dispatch email. If no luck, contact them via paypal via the transaction which was created.
