I like Lorry Boys but be aware it isn't a true "craft beer" just one of Coles' house brands.

tastes are subjective, but VB is an acquired taste. for a similar style Asahi Super Dry is much cleaner
Once I tried Coopers, Grand Ridge, never going back.
Asahi and VB taste nothing like each other. Asahi tastes closer to a Carlton Cold then a VB.

These are great beers, brewed under license by a highly regarded craft brewery for coles liquor. The pale ale is my pick of the lorry boys beers closely followed by the golden ale. Great value!

It's a great value for money on these beers. The XPA and Pale Ale are a great pick for hot days, they've got quite a lot of flavour and are easy to drink. Definitely worth $99 ;)
Which one has strongest hops. Hence bitter flavour ….compared to james squire hop thief ….
I'd say the Hop Thief has a bit more bitterness to it compared to both XPA n Pale by Lorry Boys, as it is an American Pale Ale (takes American Hops, which are bitter usually).
Got a 6 pack of the pale ale for $10. Tastes like a cheap beer.
