As far as I know, Zazzle Australia prints orders outside of Australia and post it here. Usually shipping cost is always a problem to order anything from them (they advice to do a mock checkout to check shipping cost). There is no minimum order quantity or value required for this offer.

Used them for a XMAS present. Took over 1 and half months to get it. You order it from the Australian site and it comes for the US!
