Variable Rate Home Loans in NSW - Cheapest including offset

Hi,

I owe $368k on my mortgage and am looking at moving my splits loans from CBA quick-smart - this because CBA have bumped up my rates again and are killing me with their yearly package charge which they refuse to waive.

Looking at putting all my savings and monthly into an offset account loan linked to at least one of the splits.

Had thought of going to U-Bank but they do not do offsets.

Are they any Mortgage Brokers/keen market followers out there that could assist with choices - really looking at something around the 3.60%

    Per the mortgage broker in the thread linked to by John Kimble, Beyond Bank - no fees, 3.79%, offset account included.

    Reduce loans. Dirt cheap rates plus $10 per month for offset.

    Good move , I am ditching CBA after 19 years they offered at loyalty discount of 0.05% of my wealth package rate of 4.76% .

    Considering to moving onto Reduce HL at 3.79%

      I know a Mobile Relationship Manager from Bendigo Bank who specialises in home loans, she's recently offered a much lower rate to a friend of mine.
