Mine last a few months at most, after which they become too flat and I have to replace them.
You should have them upright during the day, that was my issue till I lifted them.
How does this have anti bacterial protection? Was it dipped in an antibiotic solution? Will it kill good bacteria on the surface of the skin thereby interrupting the fragile ecosystem intended by nature?

Thanks OP. These pillows are great. I probably wouldn't wash them though. Cheap enough to change them every 1-2 years.
