I thought you are not allowed to advertise other cd key stores on another cd key store's bargain page xl and CD Keys Here is known for their website keep going down or unavailable ;)
If someone finds a cheaper price at a competitor than that's what OzBargain is all about. On the other hand, SPAMMING threads for the purpose of only advertising their own site is against the rules.
I agree with Juln. This appears to be more of an advertisement for the normal price for one of their products. This is aside for the legality issues of course (discussed previously on other threads).

Anyone got any experience with this or any other "cd-key only" store? - the whole concept absolutely reeks of dodgyness to me.

I never said I'm using this website for advertisement purposes. I'm saying when a rep from another store posts in another store, that's like advertisement :p
If you get the same service that I did, I'll vouch for them. I wasn’t sure about the concept of the key sites either but since it was through Paypal, I thought I’d gave it a go. I picked up Homefront the other night and received instant delivery and loaded it straight into Steam without any problems. I also checked the general terms of the licencing and as long as the publisher hasn’t regionalised the game then you can purchase from anywhere (this is still a bit of a grey area though).
The whole region locking/restrictions for games by publishers, especially for Australians, is just blatant price gouging, but everyone already know this. Since it was $80 on the Steam store or $25 on this site, I consider this a bargain. I wouldn’t have even known about the site if I didn’t see it on OZBargain so its not just advertising and I got it cheap so it is a bargain.
