Not true at all.
The natural fruit in sugar and actual sugar produce the same response in the body.
The only benefit fruit has is the fibre which slows down how quickly your body digests it and makes you feel more full.
Pressed/concentrated fruit is basically sugar.
If you disagree then why don't you buy 1KG of the snakes at the supermarket which have no added sugar, only fruit concentrate.

Way overpriced for imported reconstituted juice. However, nobody else seems to sell good flavour combos. The profit on this stuff must be massive - everyone else sells 2lt+ this is 1.25lt.

considering the cost of tomatoes per kg, and much of the original is tomatoes juice, it’s great value.
sugar ….people seem to confuse the vegetable version of the juices which are low in sugars to the fruit variants which are high in sugar ….. pinch the right version if you are buying for health as the primary reason not flavor.

They are not the same grade of tomatoes that you'd eat. They are damaged and only good for throwing away or juicing.
The tomato juice has lots of salt in it, even if it is low in sugar.

…..it’s easy enough to eat a banana or apple , to get enough vegetables in diet takes more preparation , there aren’t many “ on the go” vegetable options , haven’t seen people walking down the street in cbd eating a stick of celery or tomatoe.
Boost is mostly ice but still fresh. Never had one though except for one free voucher I got.
These prepacked ones have been heat treated; not sure if all nutrients are still there.
