      I had a similar issue back in August as I would be overseas when the 60 days expired.

      I contacted one of the Lebara posters on here 'Outhere' and after I gave him my voucher number he kindly extended this to 90 days.

      He was very helpful and everything was easy to do.

        The 4GB Bonus is only applicable on our 180 Day welcome offer applies only to new customers and cannot be stacked.

        This offer applies to new and old customers, both and can be stacked up to 24 months.

        However, the offer does not come with any bonus data. But it's a pretty good bargain, considering you can get this for up to 24 months.

            The 360 recharge vouchers for existing customers are also available discounted.

            But I would buy a recharge voucher(they'll send you an email with code), $2 Sim from a b&m store, activate for the welcome offer (this is only available during activation process; 4GB would be enough for me, so I would rather pay the $49 instead of the $89) and when everything is up and running properly, then redeem the recharge voucher.

            Edit: the reason I would rather buy a $2 Sim from a physical store is because I wouldn't be sure if the $0.50 Sim card from Lebara would arrive in time.

            • @kururii: I was thinking of stacking 2 x $99 vouchers to get 360 days of service. The terms suggest the $99 voucher is only for new accounts so I'm guessing you can't?

                The welcome offers are not vouchers. They are only during the activation process when you are prompted to select a plan (or redeem a readily in hand voucher.)

                You can buy a $2 SIM, activate it with the $99 plan, and then use the 360-day recharge voucher to stack it on top.

                This will give you 18 months.

                However, the $99 offer alone cannot be stacked, as it is just a one-off welcome offer.

      when you activate within 60 days you will get the bonus data

    Does that mean it will be all good for us?

      • I guess my Kogan expires on 20th Dec but I will have to port it on 12th Dec as I am out of country for a month from 13th Dec. Any other workarounds? I can’t port once I am back as activation has to be done within 60 days if I buy it now. Also, Kogan would have expired when I return so not sure for how long you can port your number after expiry of plan.

    • What deal are you with kogan? When I signed up on a the 360 day kogan deal it said it would auto recharge. So be careful on that.

  • This is so confusing. Shouldn't these be described with a per month rate to help compare?

    Is it 20gb per month with the large $99 180 day plan? Which works out at $16.50/month? Just paid in advance?

      The large $99 180 day plan is only available for new customer and have a data allowance of 16GB+4GB.

      The large $209 360 plan is available for new (starter pack in this deal) and existing (recharge voucher https://www.lebaraonline.com.au/lebara-mobile/lebara-recharg…) customer and stackable with 180 day plan but data allowance will revert back to 16GB on the 181th day (I think?)

      Someone correct me if I'm wrong

      Confusing because this particular deal is actually mentions 2 plans, but the description links to another deal that's slightly cheaper.

      I'll try to break it down as simple I can:

      All data mentioned is in per 30 days blocks

      ie.
      "Medium" plans are 7GB/Mo
      "Large" plans 16GB/Mo

      Welcome Offers¹ 180 days

      (Only during activation process, you'll need to have a sim card already)

      Small (4GB + 1GB bonus²) - $49
      Medium (7GB + 3GB bonus²)- $89
      Large (16GB + 4GB bonus²) - $99

      ¹ Welcome offer ends 05/11/2018

          There are two ways to select a plan:

          Yes, you'll miss the welcome offer since it's only available to those that activate before the 5th November.
          Voucher codes and Sim cards, however, are valid for 60 days from date or purchase.

      New customers can purchase a new connection or port into lebara from their previous provider.

        I do not know how to do stacking. Do I wait until the first 360 day is going to expire, then recharge with the second voucher? Or do I put in the 2 vouchers at the beginning? Sorry I have not done this before and very unclear about the steps.
