  I don’t know what happened but all my previous bonus balance disappeared. On all of my 3 accounts. Created new on a new phone used all bonus codes and still nothing.

    My previous balance from the Optus Perks deal expired as well. Not sure if it was from the same deal but if not maybe they had an expiry date on them as well? Contact support they are very good and quick at getting back to you.

  I have a balance of $10, but every time I go to place an order there is no indication it is using the $10 credit first and seems to want to charge the full amount?

    I just set it up for my wife…when you click on Payment you should see "Hey You Balance" and $5 at the top of the screen?

  stupid app churned through 4gb of data on my phone … plenty of users in the google play store with the same issue … social media complaints went unanswered.

    Just noticed Hey You chewed through 365MB of background usage for me.

    If they are not answering such serious matters, it is poor form.

    I wonder if people would be eligible to ask for compensation if they received a big bill or lost a lot of monthly data on this.
