  This is a special set which is not on the regular menu. The normal price for each dish is $14 if you would like to order separately. The discount is about 40%.

  They’re using “set” in the Singaporean way, “group” rather than “fixed”. i.e. More like a combo deal rather than a “set meal”, though I guess the difference is a fairly fine one.

  There's no limited number but normally the set is suitable for 2-3 people.

I wouldnt call it a bargain… But chat thai is decent thai food.
