Is this good for interval training and fartlek?

Being eyeing something. Looking for watch which can be programmed with set intervals and will alarm when you do that. E.g.

Alarm at every 1min for 5min, then every 2min for 10min etc

  I’ve found the Optical HRM isn’t too accurate for interval training but probably fine for most. I guess if you’re only using for timing you should be right.

Really glad I bought this at Christmas last year for $244 from memory because I've yet to find it cheaper again. This is close.

It's a great watch. Hubby and I love ours. Battery lasts around a week, lots of different watch face apps to choose from so I can see exactly what I need to at a glance.

Only recommendation is get yourself a glass screen protector!!
