Some good deals on flights to Tasmania from Sydney and Melbourne. These are selling out quite quickly and I've already grabbed a return fare from Sydney to Hobart for $65 each way! No club Jetstar account required for these prices and as mentioned in the title the travel period is quite broad but of course you'll have to check the price calendar for the bargains and forget about public holidays like Easter as the prices are much higher.

Keep in mind that the prices listed only include 7kg of carry-on baggage, so if you want 10kg carry-on that'll be $20 extra (each way) or $25 for 15kg checked bags (each way)!

    I had that too with my MasterCard. Have you tried PoLI? This worked for me and you don't end up paying any fees :)

  Thanks OP, can you also include that the deal only includes starter fares. 'Starter fares include 7kg carry-on baggage'. Extra baggage would cost extra. But great deal for a quick trip away.

  Dark Mofo festival is 14th - 23rd June in Hobart. I went this year and it was fantastic!

  Grabbed some tickets from Bris - Hobart for $85 each way from the 13th - 17th June. Highly recommended. Fare sales over the festival dates will be pretty rare.

        They are usually spread across both weekends, really. I got those dates because there were cheap flights. Really, either weekend should do it!
