Been looking for 32GB RAM to complement my machine from lenovo deal.

Found this one that works out to be just under 350 bucks (combined with Cashrewards Singles Day Increase) which I think is pretty cheap for 32GB of RAM.

Edit: Thanks TA for the Cashrewards Singles Day Increase

Edit2: SO-DIMM is a laptop RAM

    SODIMM… Laptop RAM?

    • Yes, sorry, forgot to add that.

      • Just an FYI — prices in title should be the price paid at checkout, not after cashbacks, rebates or e-Giftcard redemptions. If you have calculated the post-cashback / rebate price, please leave that in the description, thanks!

        • Oops, I obviously missed 2nd point in the title guideline. Sorry.

  • Do you really need that much RAM on a laptop?

    • I develop cloud application and sometimes found myself running 3 different version of the full stack.

Also because I use Linux as my host OS, I sometimes would need to boot up a Windows VM at the same time to test the web application in IE11/Edge.

So yes, some people actually have usecase for it.

    • Easily if you're running multiple VM's…

  • FYI, the new iMacs take SO-DIMM rams too
