Hey everyone.
So currently, I'm looking for a fan (tower or otherwise) within the $50-150 range that I can use over the summer. Specifically, I want for something that can run in my room during the night which won't keep me up, but still keep me cool so I don't end up sleeping in a puddle of my own sweat.
I do have a Aldi tower fan that I purchased a couple of weeks ago, which works well, but it's a little too loud for my liking.
Any recomendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Bought a second one last week for a different room. This new one has it so that the display lights go off by themselves rather than having to push a button. For quiet operation you need to select 'silent mode' and not 'sleep mode'.
I purchased two of these fans at the end of last year for bedroom use and they are brilliant.
The only negative being the inability to turn off the LED display using the remote control.

@EightImmortals: Yes, holding in the power button on the front of the fan does the job.
Just crazy that they initially didn't include the option to turn off the LED via the remote.
+1 for this fan. However, I think the non premium one is better. I have both. If I needed another fan, i would buy the non premium again in a heartbeat.

For $60 I'll like all your Instagram posts, stare at you in your sleep and give you soft applause from afar.
If you're organised enough, you could run it from a timer so it turns on and off at certain times. i.e. as you go to bed it's off, but an hour or so in it turns on, then in the morning when it's cooler - it turns back off again so you dont wake up freezing.
