    Now that cards are issued directly via Amex you can enrol all your cards on the one account at americanexpress.com website.
    That way all the offers should show up. Even Shop Small.
    Works for all my cards.

      All your cards, not including supps for other people. Have to have new accounts for those. Pain in the butt logging into 10 different accounts

  Grrr - got a top that is too generously sized.
  They don't do exchanges, only auto refund.
  Don't want to do that in case the cashback is reversed.
  Not happy with cashback stress…
