Well I am not sure whether you can use a gift card, but you certainly can use your Koorong card while buying online — they'll want your customer number.
Unfortunately you cannot use gift vouchers online yet, but you can purchase gift vouchers online. Koorong is working towards making gift vouchers available for use online. As above, you will need to use your customer number which is on your Koorong card.
