Sony 65 X9000F - Help Getting a Price

Hi all,

My apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. I have seen a number of expired deals for the 65' x9000f sony tv, and I am looking to buy one in the next month or so.

Ideally I am looking to get the TV for $2400 or lower, has anyone had any success haggling down, or do you have a receipt you can allow me to use for a price match.

Thanks for any assistance.

Gypsy

I would ideally wait till boxing day if you need in it a month plus… Most of the better if not best deals are during then

    • Even just closer to Christmas. I noticed the big sales last year were in the last weeks leading up to Christmas, it's when I got my X9000E for cheap. (and then a few days later the B7 OLEDs were stupid cheap, yay).

  • I'm also in the market for one of these I've got till mid March, so twiddling my thumbs.

  • Why don't you go in store and ask them?

  • I picked one up for $2400 back at the good guys ebay sale.
I'd be surprised to see how low it can get leading to xmas and boxing day.
I don't think it will drop THAT much lower? Maybe a low of $2200 for the 65"?

This is supposed to be in the eBay 20% off tomorrow - would make it $2,300. Good luck

    • It's in another 20% off sale BUT it is a second and people have reported new TVs for $100 less in previous eBay sales. So that is my target price.

  • I missed the sale that JB had for this tv around $2100 I went to good guys to purchase something else I go what is the best deal you could do she came back with $90 less I go jb had a sale two weeks ago and showed her the deal she said that is a misprint that is below the cost price so who knows. Hopefully they will have another sale soon.

  • Myer is selling this for $2400
