How does a cheapass get Wyndham membership ?

    • I signed up some how a few months ago. I think there was a post on here.

      • Think these all got cancelled https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/403335

        • +2

Ah ok, thanks. let's see, they took my money. I suppose I'll wait until tomorrow to see if they email the card.

Oh well there are a few people on here who sell them for 7% off using direct debit. So no biggie if they don't.

    • How does a cheapass get Wyndham membership? Well certainly not through the company, because that starts at around $21000. But you can buy the same membership on the second hand market for around $2500. The problem is that I think you need to buy direct from the company to actually have access to the giftcards, so if you want cheap giftcards, it will cost you around $18500 extra.I have a second hand membership, so no giftcards for me!

    How and who has access?

  • You need worldmark ID and password so no freebies unless u have an account

  • Cheers, I've never bought from these guys before. So let's see how it goes

  • Stocking up. Thanks OP

    5% off coles also, Nice

    • +1

Yeah although you can get 5% off Coles via Goodguys Concierge and they use paypal, so I can use Amex.

How long does it take for TGG to deliver card to email

        • Fairly quick, For egift cards (bcf were 5mins)

Physical seem fairly slow, i ordered some 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. But it's the holy grail 5% off Coles-Myer.

    • +4

same price available through suncorp, which costs nothing to join (just make a free bank account…)

      • Just signed up for a free suncorp bank account! Where do I go now to get access to the coles 5% off egift cards?

  • -2

    10% Tax at Checkout :S
    Kind of kills it =(

    • +3

This final price includes tax e.g. $92.50 for $100 gift card.

      • +1

Derp, maybe I should look at the actual total next time before Knee jerking at the Tax line :P

        Me do math gud

    • +1

Giftcards don't attract GST (gst is calc'd when you actually buy things). I think their checkout just auto-makes that up for all purchases.

  • Thanks OP! Stocking up..

  • Is it instant?

  • I can use these egift card at woolies to recharge my opal card, right?

    • Yes, if your woolies has an opal counter :)

      • Woolies now stopped accepting e-gift card for buying another gift card at self checkout counter. Very soon they might stop Opal recharge too

        • If they do that then it will be bye bye woolies :)

  • Lets see if i receive the gift cards, I got the free account a few months back

  • +1

Eligibility for this appears to be reserved for a limited few with this special membership and who own timeshare accommodation. Not sure it meets the posting guidelines, particularly given the last deal referred above.

    • +1

Agree, but I reported it to the mods for that reason and they have left it as is it seems.

  • +7

Think OP should warn people that got the free Worldmark membership a few months back that e-gift cards got cancelled - Caveat Emptor!

  • +2

Does anyone actually have membership. Also if you do timeshare programs are a scam

  • Just be careful with those small companies/websites giving good discounted gift card.
They will either can't delivery the order or stop responding at some stage.

  • Is this actually worth?

    • Nope, it's not worth it. They cancelled the orders again. It's only for the owners

  • I thought Worldmark was a ponzi scheme?

  • Membership costs $21000 stated above, for an extra 2% off woolies. Y-effin-eah! Aldi's is 30%ish.

Why is this even posted? Why did Ozbozzos give 48 plusses?

This deal failed previously. Thanks Op, good effort anyway.

      • No, just received an email with the above after I placed my order.

    • Same happened to me, though the previous coles one went through.

  • All the Woolworths Gift cards seem to have been removed? Can anyone confirm?

    • Turns out they ran out of stock. Back now…
