  • would the panel be replaced/new?

Purchased a Panasonic 65 inch TV early this year stated it was refurbished and tested when I I'm packed it everything looks fine until I turned it on and source three spots about the size of a five cent piece on the panel I paid over two grand for the TV and it took several weeks for me to get my refund back while also having to take it back to their Warehouse in west Sydney I strongly suggest you look and other avenues for buying a TV as GraysOnline have a very bad record for quality. Customer service is not their strong suit and when I asked if I could test the TV before taking it away they refused . You think a second hand store would do the same thing ? Let alone Harvey Norman ? Check reviews guys and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I bought one of their refurbished OLED TVs. Looked like it was new in the box when it arrived, but on turning it on the screen was faulty and had coloured lines through it. It was obviously a return (not refurbished at all) and they didnt' even bother testing it before reselling it! Got refunded after mucking around with returns, couriers, etc. Hopeless service.
PS. I pitty the poor bugger that just bought it!

It could be TV I won previously. When arrived to pick it up, asked them to open for check-up and found multiple scratches on the panel even without turning it on so denied to take it. Still waiting for refund.

  • Purchased 2 43in 4K tv in 2 years no issue at all, most recent one 3 weeks ago, wouldn’t really pay $2k plus for a refurb especially with only 3mth warranty, but under $400 for a 4K 43in 2018 model refurb worth the bet

I second those comment above. Grays Online are notoriously very bad in term of evaluating the TV for sale or service.
In my own personal experience buying refurbished TV from them, they actually refuse the warranty.
They "inspect" the TV and say there is nothing wrong with the TV (even there is a clear faint white line displayed at all times).

Another times, I bought brand new Definitive Technology speaker from them and arrived DOA. When I claim the warranty, they replace it with refurbished product instead (and said to me it is a brand NEW product).

I will never buy anything from them again…
