I use this for my dogs as a part of their raw diet. Have never seen it this cheap. Probably not a deal with super broad appeal, but a bargain for those that need it!

  • I don't have Amex so for me a 15kg bag will cost $116

    For that price I get:
Rolled oats, cracked barley, flax seed meal, whole cracked oats, carrots, split peas, calcium carbonate, yeast, parsley, kelp, lecithin, barley grass, Vitamin C and garlic

If I just have to add meat to this, isn't it less expensive to buy oats, barley etc from the supermarket?

    • Yeah, it's definitely cheaper to make it yourself (which I used to do). But I don't have the time anymore! Still works out cheaper than feeding dog biscuits if you have a good butcher to give you cheap, good quality mince.

      • you are paying nearly $8 dollars a kilo for a mix of oats, barley, barley grass, carrots
It should not cost this much for this mix

If you do make the effort of getting good quality mince and add to this mix, I don't suppose it would take a whole lot of time to make this mix yourself, and it would be a whole lot cheaper

summary: this mix is overpriced for what you are getting
        just my 2c :)

  • +1

Thanks! Applied the same code to the sensitive skin variant. Unfortunately only comes in 5kg bags here but still far cheaper per kg then buying the 15kg elsewhere

  • This is pretty much horse food (expensive horse food too).

      finally:)
      someone who agrees:)

do dogs really need oats/ Barley/ barley grass/ whole oats etc
I thought oats and barley were cheap fillers
Only in this case they are not cheap
