Anyone know what we need to say when ordering this through drive thru as when I say the code they have no idea and then i drive round to the window and they put it in
I normally say at the drive thru I have a code for X from the app and they normally ask for the code over the speaker.
There doesn’t seem to be a standardised language. If I say “app order” they sound confused and say “oh you mean an online order?” but if I say “online order” they sound confused and say “oh you mean an app order”.
Also if I provide the code they can’t find it and ask for my name. If I provide my name they can’t find it and ask for the code.
Similar at Hungry Jacks if you order a meal with any simple change to it, no matter which order you say things they always end up deleting it and starting over.
Of course the only common factor here is me so obviously I’m the weak link.
It's almost like they don't want to apply the discount now that you're in the situation of being at a window ordering with people behind you providing pressure to hurry along.
Based on their ads, guessing you are supposed to yell "LARGE SUNDAY" in a stupid voice.
I can’t believe this but my store has started refusing to accept app orders, or to accept the codes, or to manually override.
I lodged a complaint and the owner was supposed to contact me but hasn’t. Obviously it’s intentional from him/her.
Tried the self serve kiosks?
