  • Can you upgrade this? And does it provide manufacturers warranty for individual parts?

    Cheers

    • +2

Hi, there are upgrades available through the listing but we don't have motherboard options, different RAM brands or speeds etc. We're not setup that way just now.

Manufacturer warranties apply to components after our 1 year warranty ends.

We can ship unassmembled (new policy) but only manufacturer warranties apply, our system warranty does not.

      • ah you comply with Australian consumer law?

      • Hey, little new to PC building etc, but would ordering un-assembled be akin to ordering all the parts (i.e. new in all boxes)?

Also not too fussed on delivery/waiting time, but would these un-assembled orders have to wait for the assembly order work as well?

Sorry if these questions are stupid/silly.

        • +1

All systems will be allocated in the order in which they are received so unassembled won't jump time by any huge margin.

All components are new. Some are OEM (no retail packaging) , others have full retail.

@luketechfast: Rep, quick question about your Ebay description of the RTX 2080 build. Currently it contradicts itself and implies that you'll be using a cheaper chinese brand for the RTX 2080 i.e. 'Colorful'. It says under base specifications

"Graphics Card: Single GALAX RTX 2080 8GB Graphics Card"

However under "components used" it says:

Your system will ship with components from the following leading brands (always depending on available stock):…

"Graphics Card: Galax, Biostar, ASUS, MSI, Colorful - all used as often as each other"

In this thread you've said you're using the Galax GPU, so I think you may want to update the description. Just a heads up.

              @Subada: Thanks. It's a template. I'll modify.

            • @Subada: Pretty sure colourful's a pretty big brand in China. Remember hearing this in another thread (believe it was in reference to mobo's then though".

  • Can anyone confirm if the Galax RTX 2080 is the standard crappy single blower version or the dual fan OC version? Ta

    • +4

Considering the absolute cheapest 2080 is about $1200, I can't help but think you're being a bit fussy. You're literally paying an extra $150 for motherboard/cpu/ram/hdd/case and battlefield.

      I'd assume blower :)

      • +2

Its confirmed to be all Dualfans

        • Any specifics after that was not mentioned but it is certainly not the blower version for all systems for RTX 2080.

          • +4

@firsttimeuser7: Howdy, it's dual fan GALAX.

            • @luketechfast: Hi Rep - what is the wait time? No chance before Xmas right?

              • +1

@bchliu: I can't see these not shipping before Christmas. Buying now they should go out first maybe second week of December. We're on track with stock.

Not ship before Christmas? But second week of December? Or you saying second week of January?

                  • @bchliu: Can't see these not.

Meaning rep see's them being shipped before X-mas

            • @luketechfast: Hi Luke. With this being said, is it possible to request the white version of this card, or are you very limited in these regards?

              • +1

@Rodundo: Nah, we'll only get what we're given from supplier. Not sure what variants if any so we can't/don't make promises with components.

                • +1

@luketechfast: What the? $1599 base price now.. not $1549 anymore, Rep..!!

      • u r overthinking. its dual blower.

  • +1

REP, will it void your warranty if we do a simple RAM swap on our own? Thanks

    • +1

If the RAM is found to be the cause of a warranty claim, yep. Moddera be forewarned.

  • Is it possible to buy this with after pay?

  • Is there any add ons for more usb ports ? 3 is tiny

    • 3 on case, generally 4 on mobo.

  • Hi OP. Isn't similar deal already posted?

Edit: You have few more. I read the title and felt like it was already posted. Wish there was one post alone.

    • More interesting to see when browsing though ;)

  • Seems like a fantastic deal, got one

Best Deal is probably the 580,2600 with monitor and keyboard mouse. $781.15

  • these dont have dedicated graphics cards - am i reading this correctly?

    • They all do except the i3s

    • If it's in the title/description, it has the card. The description they use for the add ons can be a bit confusing because they just use a standard template.

  • +3

Any chance of getting the BFV code if we bought the previous deal with the 2600 and 2080?

    • Am interested in knowing too.
