  I paid nearly that much for the 3TB version a few months ago. Doh!
  This deal includes a similar model for $119 but you have to spend at least $200 for free shipping and the sale ends at midnight. As far as I can tell they seem to have similar specs but I am definitely not an expert.

      I think the WD drives are USB soldered to the PCB (they have no SATA connection). Also think the > 3TB drives are a little too tall for laptop use even if they were. So think the answer is very much no.

      I believe the Seagate 3TB or less drives are the only ones you can use internally.
