Hue is 800 lumens max (and read reviews, a lot of the colour range is more like 550-750 lumens) while the LIFX A19 is 1100 lumens.
Can't afford Hue. The new Yeelights seem bright enough for me, but good to know you can get brighter bulbs(tho twice the price of the Yeelight). Actually didn't fully comprehend how expensive LIFX's full range was until you got me checking out the store. The "Australia Tax" + "Harvey Norman Tax" probably doesn't help their accessibility either.

If spending this sort of money, wouldn't you be better off with Hue?
