      Mine as well, I guess, due to high volume transaction happened and should be tracked sooner or later :)

        Although CashRewards have increased to 11%, I believe that they calculate their 11% cash back on the Ex GST amount paid not on the full amount paid. Not sure what ShopBack do.

        Can anyone shed some light on this please? I can't find anything on either of their (CashRewards and ShopBack) websites to explain their policy on this.

      Yeah it does. 4 days it took for my account to show. Just don't use any mobile apps to shop on when using it. Have to go through either desktop or mobile site from their link

    I purchased bose qc35 II on thursday but still does not show any purchase on shopback account? and i heard it take couple of months to withdraw the money, i feel i made mistake going though the cashback.. lets see. will keep you posted.

      If it's not there by Monday night / Tuesday morning send them a message with your transaction details. Looks like cashback will not be sorted for up to 3 months! On my transactions list it says can take up to Feb 19 for it to be available. Who knows exactly when it will but looks like 3 months maximum. Not what I was expecting since most were within a month usually.
