Aerial 10kg Dumbbell set $19 ($38pair) @ Kmart

110

Similar to but cheaper than the 1-day bargain that people went crazy over ($38 compared to $46), and better quality & value than their 15kg set.

Kmart has a deal/clearance at the moment on their 10kg adjustable weight sets, need two to make a pair. It is cheaper than their 20kg weight set which has identical contents! Normally, 20kg cast iron weight sets cost $80-100 in Rebel Sport & fitness stores. I bought them on Saturday after seeing them the week before, unsure of when the deal expires, but have seen in 2 different Kmart's. Google says Kmart used to have it listed on their website 10kg Weight Set - Kmart Online Retail, which suggests it is on clearance.

Includes:
* 2x 2.5kg plates
* 2x 1.25kg plates
* 1x bar
* 2x locking collars (with rubber grommet on inside so plates don't rattle)
* carry case

Was much easier to carry out of the store as 2 separate cases, instead of the 20kg set.

    I actually got some awesome gains from using only one bar at a time! Let me concentrate on my movement, when that arm got tired, I'd move onto the next one. Ended up being able to do about 8kg's in six weeks!

    • I'd agree with that bender, I have a 5kg dumbbell and it's fine just using it an arm at a time

  • I'm tempted to head off now to pick some of these up as a second set so I don't have to continually adjust dumbbells when super setting.

    Oh, not to mention all these kids pushing huge weights so they can stand around and have a w**kfest over who can push the most…I'd just laugh and do 40 reps in a set…idiots…

    Also the ones who would 'cut' just so people could see their muscles…slightly toned bulk is alot more impressive than a well cut skinny beaner…

  • so you get
    7.5kg: weights
    2.5kg: bar and collars.
    10kg total
