Just wondering if anyone knows the best way to contact flybuys customer service, preferably a phone number?
I got screwed tonight at coles, they only had one register open and all the self check outs were closed. As a result it took 20 minutes to get through the queue at the register and my receipt is showing as the 28th instead of the 27th as it was literally paid on the stroke of midnight.
Long story short i want to see if there is any chance of me still getting my 6600 bonus points!

If only you hadn't been so lazy and went to flybuys.com.au and then clicked contact, you would see all the details you wanted.
The funny thing is it would've been quicker to do that than type out this post.
Also if OP hadn't left the shopping to literally midnight they wouldn't have a problem either…

It's literally on the reverse of it.
Well it's like all things posted on the forum people can just reply to ask Google instead.
Also the point of me posting was not only to ask for the number. If anyone has had any similar experience with flybuys related issues they can chime in.

As a data point for anyone else who ever has to contact flybuys for anything, they are very helpful. The woman assured me that if my points don't go through in 48hrs I can call up and they can manually add them!
