  • Offer? my offer is give someone else soniq and not buy it myself

  • GREAT TV! My grandma bought it a few weeks ago. It looks fantastic, so thin and stylish. 1080P content looks phenomenal as well because it uses Samsung panels. The only thing I would say is bad about is the onboard sound, so plug it into some decent speakers. for the price though cant go wrong.

    • Samsung panel? But it says LG panel in the description…?

Good deal for a 42" Full HD LED screen, except you're buying a SONIQ brand with only 1 year warranty.

      • You get the manufacturers Warranty which adheres to the new Australian Consumer Law, but on top of that SONIQ are offering priority replacement cover for 12 months, which means that if there is a fault with the product, we will organise a courier to pick up the faulty unit from your location and then deliver a replacement unit at our expense.

        • Do they deliver the replacement when they pickup the faulty one?

Do they deliver the replacement when they pickup the faulty one?

Yes it happens at the same time, when the faulty one is picked up the replacement is delivered, this way its more efficient for both parties.

  • Who in their right mind would get one of these over the refurbed Panasonics listed in the deal above?

    • I had a look on your site and you're charging customers for delivery, which is an additional cost to a customer on top of the price of the used/refurb. Delivery cost also depends where the customer lives, so it could range from $50 to $120 for delivery. For a few dollars more SONIQ can do the 50" HD Plasma TV using the Panasonic PDP Panel for $666 delivered for free, plus 12 months priority replacement. So why would you buy a refurb?

the difference is SONIQ will provide free 12 months priority replacement normally valued at $129

  • Is the replacement panel you receive in those situations a new working version of the piece of crap broken down unit you recently purchased, or it someone else's possibly older & more broken unit than yours that has recently been fixed up?

Because broken for slightly less broken is not $129 value, even if you come & replace it for me in my home.

  • its like for like replacement and we ensure that its 100% working before the replacement is made. The quality is the same as what you would expect from store.

  • Its a like for like replacement cover. value depends on how valuable is your time? rather than you wasting time returning it to the stores you bought it from or organising a return at your cost, we will do this for you to save customers the hassles of returning it to a repair centre/retail store and waiting for it to be repaired.
