          Agree. Made a claim with webjet (Allianz) and process was quick and smooth.
          Check also onlinetravelinsurance.com.au who also resell Allianz. Good prices there.

        I put in a claim with my credit card insurance (Bankwest/Cover-More) on the 22nd. Processed in my favour in 5 days. Money in the bank today.

        I have claimed 3 times with 1cover. No problems. TID rejected my only claim - never again.

      My claim experiences with them have been good, on two separate occasions. I also don't think that's a valid reason to neg the deal.

      A friend has claimed several times from TID over the years for various issues..he says never a problem…..
      Personally on that i use them but so far no claim has been needed.

      My son had a claim with Covermore…what a disaster…many hours on the phone and emails and after 3 months had to threaten them with court action to get a legitimate claim payed out…

    I had to put through a claim after I came back from NZ in October. One for a flight delay and one for missing luggage. The claim process took about 10 working days. One I got a call for on day 10 saying they are paying the claim. The other one I got an email. I always suggest to take out the no excess on insurance. I've used them for almost a dozen overseas trip. Will keep using them. Hopefully no claims in the future.

    I used a coupon I found online for 11% off just today. Recommend people use it instead. Code is TR1PW1S317

    Have also seen TID payout first hand for a relative that had a major accident overseas. They were excellent. Personally haven’t had to claim with them but after that I’ve always been happy to go with them as long as the price is fair.

    What is woolworths travel insurance like? They seem to be pretty well priced as well
